Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Carrier & tracking

We ship via FedEx. You'll receive tracking by text and email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States after processing.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, it is non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement (or a refund where required by law).

Membership. You can cancel the Crowned Community anytime to stop future monthly charges. Fees already billed are non-refundable.
