Welcome to Official Crowned, operated by Official Crowned ("we," "us," "our"). By using officialcrowned.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product or hold a membership.

2. What we sell

Silver jewelry and collectible pieces (e.g., the "Pirate Booty," a stamped silver item), a paid membership community ("Crowned Community"), and educational content. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies.

3. Not financial or investment advice

Official Crowned is a lifestyle and education brand. Our products, community, and content are for general informational and entertainment purposes only and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and not an offer to buy or sell any security or regulated instrument. We make no guarantee of any financial result. Decisions you make are your own; consult a licensed professional.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order.

5. Subscriptions (Crowned Community)

Membership is $49.99/month and automatically renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it is non-refundable, except where required by law or for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, designs, and content are owned by Official Crowned and may not be used without our written permission.

8. SMS & marketing

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing texts from Official Crowned. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
