Email info@officialcrowned.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best. Made-to-order items (silver statues and print-on-demand apparel) can’t be changed once production has started.

Check your spam folder for an email from us first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

It depends on the item. Apparel and accessories are made to order and typically ship in 2–5 business days. Hand-poured silver statues are cast per order — please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery. Digital items (digital entries, wallpapers) are delivered instantly.

Apparel ships with tracking via standard carriers. Statues and precious metals ship fully insured via FedEx.

We currently focus on U.S. orders. For international inquiries, email info@officialcrowned.com.

Once it ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your orders anytime under My Crowned.

See our Returns & Exchanges page. Because most of our products (statues and print-on-demand apparel) are made to order specifically for you, they’re generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Email info@officialcrowned.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging and we’ll make it right.

Every product page lists its own measurements, and our Size Guide has general charts. Our pieces are designed for an oversized, boxy fit — size down for a more fitted look.

Yes. Every Crowned statue is hand-poured from real, solid silver and made in the USA — never plated or filled.

.925 is Sterling Silver (92.5% pure) and .999 is Pure (fine) Silver. Most statues are offered in both; .999 carries a slightly higher price for the higher purity.

Statues are offered from 1 oz up to 32 oz. Pricing is based on the weight and purity you choose.

Each is cast to order — please allow 2–4 weeks for production and insured delivery. Minor variations are normal and expected in hand-poured pieces.

Statues are hand-crafted and fulfilled by our sister brand, Sell Your Gold USA.
