Welcome to Official Crowned (“Official Crowned,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating at 3562 N. Ocean Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. By accessing or using officialcrowned.com, purchasing products, entering our drawings, joining our membership, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, members, and entrants.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services, make a purchase, or enter any drawing. By placing an order or entering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Products
Official Crowned offers several distinct categories of products, each with its own handling and policies:
- Apparel & accessories — printed and produced made-to-order specifically for each customer.
- Silver statues & collectibles — hand-poured from real, solid silver (available in .925 Sterling and .999 Pure), made to order, and offered as original, independently created works of art.
- Digital products — including treasure entries and entry packs, downloadable art and wallpapers, and other digital goods delivered electronically.
All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, correct, or cancel any order at our discretion. Product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice, and while we strive for accuracy, errors may occur; where an error is found we may correct it and cancel or modify affected orders.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We are not responsible for fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production timelines, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Silver statues and precious-metal items are shipped fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier has marked them delivered. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier’s delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are largely made to order, our return policy depends on the product type. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy. In summary: made-to-order apparel is eligible for replacement or refund only if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect; silver statues are final sale once in production (with the buy-back option below); and digital products are non-refundable.
7. Silver Statues & Buy-Back Program
Every Crowned statue is hand-poured and made to order in real, solid silver. Because each piece is cast specifically for you, all sales are final once an order is confirmed and enters production. If your statue arrives damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a guaranteed buy-back, once the original piece is returned and verified to contain the same silver weight.
Buy-Back (separate from returns): because you own a solid-silver piece, you may sell any statue back to us at any time at 90% of the current silver spot price for its metal weight. This is a standing, metal-value buy-back based on live pricing — not a refund of your original purchase price.
8. Digital Products & Treasure Entries
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the item is delivered or made available to your account. Treasure entries and entry packs are non-refundable and non-transferable; they apply to the drawing running at the time of purchase and are retired after that drawing is held.
9. Giveaways, Drawings & Sweepstakes
From time to time we run giveaways, treasure drawings, and sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free entry method is always available — one free entry per person at officialcrowned.com/free. Winners are selected using RANDOM.ORG’s independent, third-party draw service.
- You must be 18 or older to enter, and entries are void where prohibited by law.
- Each promotion is governed by its own official rules, which are published for that promotion and which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
- Purchasing products or entries is never required to enter or to improve your treatment as a winner; any entries earned through purchase are offered on the same one-dollar-of-list-price-equals-one-entry basis available to all participants.
- We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate the rules or applicable law, and to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where required.
10. Membership
Membership (“The Crew”) is a recurring, month-to-month subscription billed through a third-party subscription provider. Benefits vary by tier and may change. You may manage or cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period. Member pricing and perks are described on the Membership page.
11. SMS & Communications
By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive promotional and transactional text messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, marks, images, and text are the property of Official Crowned and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
Original artwork notice (statues): our statues and collectibles are original, independently created works of expressive art, hand-finished in real precious metal. Our designs are artistic interpretations inspired by mythology, history, pop culture, and customer requests. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any brand, studio, publisher, game developer, or trademark owner. Where a name or likeness is referenced, it is used solely in a descriptive, artistic, and transformative manner. All third-party trademarks and character names remain the property of their respective owners; these pieces are sold strictly as original collectible art and are not official licensed merchandise.
13. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Official Crowned is a lifestyle and education brand. Nothing on our website, in our content, or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Precious-metals prices fluctuate and carry market risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making any investment.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Official Crowned is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
16. Affiliate Program
If you participate in our affiliate program, additional terms apply and are provided to you at the time you apply or are approved. Those affiliate terms form part of this Agreement for participating affiliates.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
