Treasure Hunt — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the eligible areas who are 18 years or older at the time of the hunt. Void where prohibited. Employees of Official Crowned and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

Official Crowned, Fort Lauderdale, FL (the "Sponsor").

3. How it works

The Sponsor announces each hunt on its Instagram and other channels, including the area, the start time, and clues leading to a hidden prize of real silver. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

4. Schedule & prizes

Weekly hunts award approximately $500 in silver within the home region; a monthly hunt awards approximately $1,000 in silver in a rotating city. The exact prize, value, and location are posted with each hunt. Prizes are real stamped silver items and are non-transferable.

5. Winning

Each hunt's winner is determined as posted for that hunt (for example, the first eligible participant to reach the hidden prize and follow the claim instructions). The Sponsor's determination is final.

6. Safety & conduct

Participants are solely responsible for their own conduct and safety. Obey all laws and respect private property — do not trespass, damage property, or create hazards or disturbances. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who behaves unsafely or unlawfully, and is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

7. Claiming the prize

Winners must verify their identity and eligibility and provide any information needed to award the prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes valued over $600 may require an IRS Form 1099 and collection of tax information before the prize is awarded.

9. General conditions

By participating, you agree to these Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social-media platform.
